During your design consultation, you will have the wonderful opportunity to choose your most favourite images of your family and invest in beautiful artwork for your walls or something more private in a luxury leather album or box collection, the choice is yours!
Imagine seeing your beautiful newborn and family on your wall in your living room to remind you how connected and unified you are together. Your artwork will encapsulate all the feelings that you felt during your photography experience with your family and newborn.
Your boutique art work is hand-crafted with high quality Australian materials and printed through a fine art, archival process with a lifespan of 100 years.
Your artwork will be with you for a life time and will be passed down through the generations to come. Prices range from $295-$3650.

Your photography experience will take approximately 3 hours. Beginning with your family photography session and ending with your design consultation.

Our studio is a large space designed for you to be comfortable and kids to run around. We have baby change facilities, children’s toys, bubbles, balloons and change rooms.

Absolutely!
We have plans where you can spread your payments over 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, zero interest and instalments starting from $50 per fortnight.
The exciting thing is that you get to take your artwork home whilst you are paying it off.

Don’t worry! We have plenty of time to get our shots. If you want to feed during your photoshoot, go for it!

Our studio specialises in gallery quality printed artwork and with all purchased products you will receive a fully edited, digital copy of those photos you have purchased at the same metric size, to keep for your archive and to share online.

Our studio has a few props however we ask for you to bring sentimental items, kids toys and props that are meaningful to you. We want your photos to be about you and your family so personal items make great elements in the photos - have fun and be creative!

We open our studio diary 3 weeks in advance with most of our clients booking their shoots over the next 2-3 weeks. Our sessions are in high demand, so we recommend calling the studio on 6245 3150 or emailing on info@zestphotography.com.au to find out availabilities.

If your baby is unwell, you’ll need to contact our team as soon as possible to arrange a new date for the baby photoshoot.

Aside from the obvious being newborn photography is for newborns and children’s photography is for older kids – the differences are the poses, settings, props, and level of detail.
Newborn photography is often more candid as babies can’t pose like children. For this reason, newborn photography requires a better attention to detail to find the best lighting and composition. Newborns are often placed with a prop to keep their attention or placed in something trivial like a basket or cardboard box to display their size.

Yes, so long as the parent or legal guardian is okay with other people in the newborn photoshoot. Just make sure to bring it up in your consultation as we may decide a family photoshoot is the best option.

Ultimately it depends on the style of baby photoshoot you’d like to create. We recommend comfortable, stretchy clothing that doesn’t have too many buttons or snaps which may be uncomfortable and irritate the newborn. Depending on the baby photoshoot, you may consider a more natural image with skin on skin and have no clothes on the baby at all.

Of course! Our maternity photoshoots are the perfect way to embrace your beautiful baby bump in a classy and glamorous way. You may like to return after the pregnancy for a baby photoshoot and then later in life a children’s photoshoot too!

If you’d like to capture the soft and delicate nature of a newborn, we recommend a newborn photoshoot within the first 2-3 weeks of the babies’ life. Later than that and the baby may be more awake which of course allows for many other great baby photoshoot options! Every baby is beautiful no matter the age, but if you have a specific goal, it’s best to have a chat with our team.

What you do with your high-quality baby photos is entirely up to you. Most parents choose to have them framed and displayed in the family home. Alternatively, you may like the images printed so you can stick them into a baby photography album or scrap book to create a timeline of their life.

Creating a baby photo album is the perfect way to display and remember the early years of your baby’s life. During your design consultation, we will help you pick out the perfect images to include, after which you’ll need to decide on the format/style of the album and organise the photos to suit.
