Kearah's Boudoir Photoshoot Story

“I needed to do this photoshoot to discover my blank canvas again and to paint my canvas the way I wanted it.”
Before my photoshoot with Zest, I felt like a canvas layered in paint splotches in areas that had been hidden, covered, and set to dry.
I felt layers of emotions, and layers of insecurity.
When scrolling through my news feed I was captured in awe by a beautiful queen goddess, I don’t usually look at these types of things but something inside of me went hold on, you are a queen, you are a warrior goddess a descendant from the oldest surviving culture on the planet.
Somewhere along your journey you forgot who you are. I did exactly that, after becoming a mother I think I lost the spark for ME! I stopped dressing up and getting my hair and nails done, I stopped buying new clothes, make up etc. I would love to ignite this spark again and find my inner goddess and what a great way to do it through a photography shoot!

The main reason for my photoshoot was to take some time out for myself, which happened to evaporate after becoming a mother. I am a mother of two incredible human beings whom are aged three and seven years old. After having my children, I completely changed, understandably. I became a mum first before a woman and I would label myself a mother before a woman.
During the photoshoot I felt A-MAZING!! I felt like a goddess, my photographer Hannah was the absolute best! She made me feel fabulous.
I was completely naked and loving it. I felt empowered as a woman and I felt confident.
This whole experience has been wonderful in terms of regaining that self-confidence.
Before this photoshoot I had wanted to change a lot of things about myself including a breast augmentation. Now I no longer feel like I need to change anything.
When I saw my photos afterwards, I cried!! I thought to myself “Damn, is that really me?” All it took was some dressing up, lots of laughs and great company.
It means so much to have these photos considering I can just go through the photos when I am feeling a little down and tired of dishes and these photos just reaffirm the woman and goddess that resides within me.
It felt amazing to actually see the physical photos and I just can’t stop looking at them. I will be displaying them all throughout my house. I just love them so much and we are a very open kind of family.

Like Nike! JUST DO IT! It will change your life and the way you see yourself ❤️
